Description

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through existing go-to-market channels and proactive outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and interaction records in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed targets for lead generation, qualification rates, and SQL contribution to ARR.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and processes.
  • Monitor hospitality industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Share market insights with internal teams to support product development and marketing efforts.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and contribute to overall sales growth.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in SaaS sales.
  • Strong preference for experience in hospitality technology or software.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Experience with cold calling and cold prospecting.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding performance targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience using sales engagement platforms to manage and nurture leads.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently in a remote work model.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
