Description

  • Build and run targeted outbound prospecting motions using ICP data and the company growth stack.
  • Triage and qualify inbound leads and handle first-touch prospect conversations.
  • Own deal logging, stage accuracy, and pipeline hygiene in Pipedrive.
  • Manage pipeline visibility end to end to support reliable forecasting and business decisions.
  • Coordinate event logistics and turn pre-event, post-event, and conference activity into follow-up pipeline.
  • Work at the intersection of marketing and sales to improve pipeline conversion and collaboration.
  • Engage prospects as a primary brand touchpoint and help shape the first client experience at iPiD.
  • Contribute to generating high-quality pipeline that supports revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Open to early-career candidates; prior outbound, SDR, or BDR experience in B2B SaaS or fintech is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across a modern growth-tech stack, including a CRM such as Pipedrive, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI research/enrichment tools, Zapier or Make, and scheduling tools.
  • Able to pick up new tools quickly, including CRM, Apollo or Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, Calendly, and workflow automation tools.
  • Self-starter who moves fast and is comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Hardworking and resourceful problem solver.
  • Outgoing, sharp communicator who is comfortable being the first voice a prospect hears from iPiD.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership over prospecting.
  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones and supporting a globally distributed team with strong time management.
  • Fluent in English, with multilingual ability considered a strong advantage.
