Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead, coach, and support the client acquisition team while setting sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities by defining target industries, ideal client profiles, and outreach priorities.
  • Design, build, and optimize outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn sales campaigns.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through discovery calls, client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and recommend tailored staffing and recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and support account growth, referrals, and additional service opportunities.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, forecast revenue, and analyze sales and campaign data to improve strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent documentation of prospect and client interactions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a business development or sales team is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience developing and executing outbound business development strategies using email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience selling B2B professional services, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, BPO, HR solutions, SaaS, or similar service-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and optimize sales processes that improve conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Available to work in US time zones, including graveyard shift hours in the Philippines.
  • Available to start within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.
  • Comfortable using time-tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
  • Own a laptop or desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.
  • Have a reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
  • Have backup equipment available in case of power or internet outages.
