Description

  • Own and develop an assigned North American territory to drive market penetration and regional growth.
  • Generate outbound pipeline through phone, email, LinkedIn, and strategic in-person networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, and close.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and clearly communicate ROI to dealership decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand dealership workflows and operational bottlenecks.
  • Work with the CEO and Head of Sales to share regional market insights and dealership needs.
  • Represent Viova at automotive conferences, trade shows, and dealer-group events.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity tracking in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive software sales or dealership-facing vendor roles.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding goals through territory management and relationship development.
  • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, or dealership operational software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver professional demos to General Managers and Dealer Principals.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, territory-based environment.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, dealer-group meetings, and late-stage deal discussions.
  • Existing relationships with major Dealer Groups or OEM partners is preferred.
  • Experience with DMS integrations and the broader automotive tech ecosystem is preferred.
  • Bilingual English/French is a significant asset for the Canada territory.
