Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for independent hotel accounts.
  • Build and execute a territory plan to generate net-new pipeline and maintain 3x pipeline coverage.
  • Source a meaningful share of pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, events, and conferences.
  • Run a disciplined qualification and deal process using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
  • Use AI-enabled tools for call preparation, discovery, pipeline analysis, and coaching.
  • Become an expert in the independent hotel market and position Lighthouse’s Indy product suite as an integrated solution.
  • Build trusted relationships with independent hotel owners and general managers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through new business, expansion, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap.
  • Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build brand awareness and expand your network.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a closing sales role.
  • SaaS experience is required.
  • Fluent or near-native English.
  • Self-directed, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to sell on value rather than price.
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders from general managers to C-suite executives.
  • Ability to prospect consistently and work with a hunter mindset.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of the selling motion.
  • Remote work eligibility in Spain.
