Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close with small healthcare practices.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points and align solutions to business outcomes.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that communicate platform value and create urgency to buy.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Onboarding to improve the buyer journey and conversion rates.
  • Provide market feedback to Sales and Product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and product features.
  • Build subject matter expertise in the regulated healthcare industry to support informed sales conversations.
  • Manage pipeline, prioritize effectively, and drive deals forward with minimal oversight.
  • Consistently exceed monthly quota through pipeline generation, sales execution, and closing.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a software company, or strong SDR experience with a proven track record.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Ability to run a consultative sales process and handle technical and operational buyer questions.
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach or SalesLoft.
  • Basic video demo skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter mindset and ability to work with autonomy.
  • Team-oriented attitude in a collaborative, goal-driven culture.
  • Experience in Healthcare IT, medical practice sales, or B2B SaaS is a strong advantage.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $55,000 to $95,000 USD for Zone 1 (National Average), with compensation adjusted by geo zone and experience.
