Description

  • Manage key financial and operational data, including budget tracking and reconciliation of actuals with Finance and Marketing.
  • Own recurring business performance reporting for senior leadership, including dashboards and metric visibility.
  • Support quarterly and annual planning by gathering inputs, building models, and aligning goals with Finance and Sales.
  • Lead ad hoc cross-functional workstreams and execute independent projects across the Ads & Promotions business.
  • Serve as the Ads & Promotions representative in broader company initiatives and cross-functional efforts.
  • Automate and improve data processes to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, explain performance drivers, and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategic finance, business planning, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Fluency in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Experience working with large, complex data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to implement processes and drive toward a solution.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Experience presenting to senior cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience with AI tools to automate or streamline work is strongly preferred.
