Execute day-to-day demand generation and ABM campaigns across key segments and buying committees.
Build target account lists, audience segments, and full-funnel campaign plays with cross-functional GTM teams.
Test and optimize channels, ad creatives, audiences, messaging, and outbound tactics.
Improve landing pages, forms, calls to action, and campaign conversion rates with Web and Product Marketing teams.
Monitor campaign ROI, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue contribution.
Coordinate campaign tracking, lead routing, lead scoring, and attribution with Marketing and Revenue Operations.
Track advertising spend and campaign forecasts to deploy resources efficiently.
Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Field teams.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience focused on demand generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or technology company.
Tactical expertise in at least two growth channels, such as Paid Social/Search, ABM, email/lifecycle, SEO, or outbound.
Execution-focused, systems-oriented approach to launching and completing campaigns.
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing technologies.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and AI productivity tools.
Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with Sales, SDRs, and marketing teams.
