Description

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of Internal Recruiters.
  • Manage recruiter performance, workload allocation, and delivery against hiring objectives.
  • Partner with the CEO to support and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for global permanent and contract vacancies.
  • Source candidates through advertising, direct sourcing, networking, database searches, social media, and talent mapping.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability before submission to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities to support efficient hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences recruitment.
  • Ideally experience working with a CRO.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes within a high-end recruitment environment.
  • Previous experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience using multiple sourcing methods, including direct headhunting approaches.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident interviewing and assessing candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
