Description

  • Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales process from prospecting and closing through implementation and pull-through.
  • Develop and refine sales methodologies and product positioning in collaboration with internal functions.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline across complex health plan sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and economic buyers.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and influence C-suite decision-makers, including CMO, CTO, CFO, CNO, COO, and CEO.
  • Create structured RFP-like processes in unstructured sales environments to advance strategic partnerships.
  • Sell enterprise subscription solutions to commercial payors and work across departments within customer organizations.
  • Use data, processes, and performance tools to prioritize pipeline activity and make tactical decisions.
  • Maintain accurate internal reporting on accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
  • Address customer issues with technology-driven solutions and support long-term client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an enterprise sales executive closing platform or subscription-based deals with National Health Plans.
  • Experience selling to Regional Health Plans and/or Blues is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience managing sales cycles involving multiple functions and economic buyers in health plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in rapid-growth environments with limited resources.
  • Strong analytical approach using data, statistics, modeling, and processes to prioritize accounts and opportunities.
  • Ability to maintain consistent and accurate internal reporting on accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency who can set direction and act without handholding.
  • Willingness to take feedback, course-correct, and stay closely connected to headquarters when working remotely.
  • Experience collaborating across functions to develop innovative solutions for clients and the business.
