Description

  • Lead a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quota attainment.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including quoting, negotiation, and closing complex transactions.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key prospects to support new customer wins.
  • Manage daily and weekly pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to deliver above-quota results.
  • Run weekly and monthly one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, meetings, mentoring, and training sessions.
  • Develop and implement corporate objectives scorecards to maintain sales team productivity.
  • Attract, hire, coach, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
  • Collaborate closely with Presales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Act as a change agent to help define new models and processes for business growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of field and remote sales experience with consistent overachievement of quotas.
  • Strong senior sales leadership and management track record.
  • Experience selling networking and/or security solutions in a highly competitive B2B market.
  • Enterprise sales experience selling to C-level and technical buyers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing an individual contributor sales team.
  • Channel recruitment and enablement experience with a demonstrable record of channel sales success.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach with strong communication skills and success in team-oriented sales organizations.
  • Start-up experience is an advantage.
  • Experience selling cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
