Description

  • Develop and execute regional and national go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior sales professionals.
  • Design repeatable sales processes, productivity frameworks, and performance standards to improve scalability.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align field feedback with company priorities.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Oversee forecasting and performance metrics to ensure accurate and predictable revenue reporting.
  • Expand the partner ecosystem through strategic channel partner relationships.
  • Represent the voice of the field in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership.
  • Contribute to company-wide growth initiatives and budgetary decisions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams focused on new business and new logos.
  • 3+ years of direct cybersecurity sales experience.
  • Consistent record of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Strong market analysis and business acumen with the ability to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and deal sizes of $100K–$500K+.
  • Experience with consultative and value-based sales methodologies such as Force Management or Challenger Sale.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $188,700–$222,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
