Description

  • Create new business opportunities by prospecting new customers within engineering sectors.
  • Manage existing account relationships and support active client projects.
  • Optimize business profitability with mid-size accounts.
  • Close service-based and time-based contracts.
  • Determine proposal and pricing strategy to win business and meet commercial objectives.
  • Interview and match candidates to maintain a qualified talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate commercial relationships with partners.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand and develop business needs.
  • Oversee consultant career development, including annual reviews and training.
  • Manage your team of engineering consultants and oversee customer satisfaction and project follow-up.
  • Manage the P&L for your business unit.
  • Use Salesforce to track leads and sales performance data.
  • Travel to customer sites to understand needs and develop solutions with technical support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • MSc or BSc in engineering or business is highly preferred.
  • 1-5 years of work experience.
  • Experience in cold calling and targeted business prospecting is preferred.
  • Ability to establish a network of relevant engineering contacts and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain strong business professional relationships.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Ability to be coachable and adaptable in a changing environment.

Benefits

  • Salary of $75,000-$85,000.
