Description

  • Own the full deployment phase, including detailed project plans, milestone definition, and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for deployment activities and run regular project status meetings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources across teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product to keep deployments on track.
  • Communicate deployment progress, risks, and status updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership.
  • Analyze implementation trends, bottlenecks, and deployment metrics to produce actionable insights and reports.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and improve deployment methodologies through scalable processes and documentation.
  • Develop best practices, standardized playbooks, and other onboarding resources to support future client rollouts.
  • Build a strong understanding of the product, customer personas, the business rationale for investment, and the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with change management best practices for successful post-deployment transitions.
  • Strong project ownership and task management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or Rocketlane.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking deployments and client information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data validation.
  • Ability to analyze deployment metrics, identify trends, and create internal and external reports.
  • Excellent communication skills for influencing senior client leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Interest in driving organizational change through scalable processes and documentation.
  • US Remote location, with Eastern or Central time zone preference.

  • Base compensation of $100,000 to $125,000 USD.
