Description

  • Conduct proactive outreach across phone, email, and video to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into revenue-generating engagements.
  • Manage the full inside sales cycle, including discovery calls, capability presentations, proposal development, pricing, and closing.
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM to keep lead, contact, opportunity, and interaction records accurate and current.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports on conversion rates, campaign performance, and pipeline activity for leadership.
  • Design and execute targeted lead generation campaigns using email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and nurturing workflows.
  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, website content, and digital channels, including organic content, paid advertising, and direct outreach.
  • Plan and coordinate trade show and conference participation, including booth logistics, pre-event promotion, on-site lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Create and maintain marketing and sales enablement materials such as case studies, capability decks, blog content, and trade show collateral.
  • Align marketing activities with sales pipeline priorities to ensure qualified leads are efficiently advanced through the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B inside sales or marketing experience in life sciences, clinical research, CRO, or a related technical industry preferred.
  • Results-driven inside sales execution with strong pipeline management discipline.
  • Scientific literacy with the ability to translate complex histopathology and clinical research capabilities into audience-appropriate messaging.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot, including lead scoring, email sequence management, and performance reporting.
  • Advanced skills in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing and automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to manage proposal development and pricing using pre-approved frameworks.
  • Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced environment with hands-on accountability for commercial execution.
