Description

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and respond to sales inquiries.
  • Explain debt settlement and debt consolidation programs clearly and accurately.
  • Assess each client’s financial situation and recommend suitable options.
  • Provide empathetic, consultative customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up promptly with inbound leads and maintain consistent outreach.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up and occasional cold calls when needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and communication history.
  • Track lead progress through the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support company goals.
  • Share client feedback and market insights to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or other client-facing roles.
  • Experience in financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, lending, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and active listening skills.
  • Professional phone presence and the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer management software.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and communication platforms.
