Description

  • Draft persuasive, professional RFP and proposal responses by turning technical information into clear client- and partner-facing content.
  • Manage RFP portals and complete due diligence questionnaires for partners, prospects, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and internal stakeholders to meet strict deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Interpret RFP requirements and evaluate complex data to create tailored responses and proposals.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop automation to reduce repetitive work and improve team efficiency.
  • Resolve issues or challenges in internal systems or with internal partners and align solutions to project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate, formatted, and compliant documentation while supporting sales and partner communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in due diligence, sales support, RFP/proposal writing, partner management, or related communication work.
  • Experience in fintech, insurance, financial services, or SaaS is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, present, and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong proofreading, accuracy, and formatting skills for RFP responses and documentation.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques.
  • Familiarity with external financial service partners and proposal products is a plus.
  • Understanding of the broader financial services ecosystem is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and external proposal software.

  • Base salary range of $70,000 to $75,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
  • Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and equity.
