Description

  • Cultivate and develop Stripe’s consulting/services and technology partnerships across the EMEA region.
  • Work daily with regional sales teams on partner relationship management and revenue generation.
  • Execute global partner programs, partner marketing, partner enablement, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Drive partner participation and engagement across the region.
  • Build and communicate compelling value propositions for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across organizations to support partner and sales objectives.
  • Support growth across market segments from startup to enterprise through partner-led solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing partnerships and/or sales for high-tech or financial services organizations.
  • Successful track record of developing and growing partnerships.
  • Professional and technical knowledge, including understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with C-level audiences and influence outcomes.
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong multitasking skills and the ability to take ownership in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience working in the financial services/payments industry is preferred.
  • Experience with consulting partners such as systems integrators, services firms, or development agencies is preferred.
  • Experience with technology partners such as software companies, ISVs, cloud companies, or infrastructure companies is preferred.
