Description

  • Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities in the market.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Partner effectively across sales teams and with internal counterparts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Abnormal Security’s product offering.
  • Manage territory or account-level requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative.
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Experience in a Sales Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role is acceptable; less experience may be considered for the right candidate.
  • Ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Strong understanding of customer pain points and ability to connect needs to business value.
  • Professional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and time demands concurrently while meeting production goals.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in prospecting and day-to-day workflow.
  • Drive, grit, and a team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to compete and win.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, Orum, Lusha, ActivelyAI, Glean, or Claude is preferred.
