Description

  • Own the GTM systems, data, integrations, and automation infrastructure.
  • Connect enrichment providers, internal data sources, CRM, sequencing, marketing automation, and data warehouse systems.
  • Build inbound lead scoring, routing, response, outbound prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and conversion workflows.
  • Design agentic AI workflows for enrichment, personalization, scoring, and sales productivity.
  • Run structured experiments tied to pipeline, conversion, and efficiency metrics, and report performance using Tableau or Looker.
  • Translate ambiguous needs from sales, marketing, and customer success into documented, tested, production-ready systems.
  • Guide BDRs in transitioning from manual prospecting to GTM engineering and teach workflow design and Clay usage.
  • Establish safeguards for deliverability, data quality, regulatory compliance, cost, performance, and sustainability.
  • Evaluate GTM tools and prevent redundancy across the technology stack.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building GTM automation and integrations.
  • Deep expertise in Clay or a comparable enrichment or workflow platform.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including data governance.
  • Working proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript to independently build and troubleshoot workflows.
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or a comparable BI tool.
  • Experience applying LLMs and agentic tooling to real revenue workflows.
  • Understanding of sales qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC and multi-touch attribution.
  • Knowledge of deliverability, data quality, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into working systems.
  • Prior BDR or SDR experience preferred.
