Description

  • Translate company priorities into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Improve client and prospect communications by identifying opportunities and making actionable recommendations.
  • Execute marketing work hands-on across multiple channels as an individual contributor.
  • Partner with Client Success to drive client engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Support communications for product launches, portal updates, and service enhancements.
  • Work with Business Development on pipeline generation through content, campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
  • Own end-to-end marketing execution for industry conferences and field events.
  • Develop pre-event and post-event campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Manage event logistics, including swag, materials, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and positioning across client-facing and internal materials.
  • Support internal communications and company-wide messaging as needed.
  • Build marketing workflows, calendars, and campaign tracking, and manage tools, automation, and CRM integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS or professional services environment.
  • Experience serving as a primary or sole marketing owner, or working in a lean team at a scaling organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify priorities, build plans, and execute independently with limited direction.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive growth outcomes.
  • Proven track record of executing campaigns tied to client engagement, pipeline generation, or revenue impact.
  • Experience supporting conferences, events, or field marketing initiatives end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for client-facing or external messaging.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and build structure in ambiguous environments.
