Description

  • Lead the U.S. promotional launch of Orca-T across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
  • Develop HCP engagement strategies aligned to the Orca-T brand strategy.
  • Partner with Market Development and Commercial teams to build the HCP marketing tactical plan, budget, and performance plan.
  • Lead message development for HCP and patient audiences using market and stakeholder insights.
  • Oversee execution of HCP-facing personal and non-personal promotional tactics, including PRC review and approval.
  • Contribute to omnichannel strategy, deployment, and ongoing management.
  • Manage external agency partners to ensure consistent delivery and results.
  • Support advisory board content development, execution, and analysis.
  • Coordinate KOL engagement at major congresses, advisory boards, and site visits as needed.
  • Work closely with Sales to align messaging and optimize assets for launch readiness.
  • Manage the promotional tactical budget through launch readiness and product launch.
  • Direct and develop one Product Marketing team member.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10 years of biopharmaceutical experience, including at least 7 years in Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and/or Sales.
  • Experience in hematology/oncology and/or bone marrow transplantation is required.
  • Experience marketing complex, novel products in high-unmet-need therapeutic areas is required.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with market research, message development, promotional tactics, advertising campaigns, and PRC/OPDP processes.
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prior people management experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Strong Marketing experience, including both unbranded and branded strategy and tactical execution.
  • Experience building and managing omnichannel tactics, including digital and print media.
  • Clinical proficiency in acute leukemia and bone marrow transplantation.
  • Experience working with internal and external clinical and scientific experts to shape strategy and tactics.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HCP perception and behavior dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to educate internal stakeholders on marketing best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Proficiency with Veeva PromoMats is preferred.
