Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities aligned with ZeroFox’s external threat protection platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support satisfaction, renewals, and account expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through close and forecast sales activity and results accurately.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver integrated solutions and strong customer experiences.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ZeroFox products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to help influence product development and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance new business acquisition with post-sale account management.
  • Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams and customer success.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales pipeline management best practices.
  • Experience in external cybersecurity or threat intelligence markets preferred.
  • Knowledge of ZeroFox’s products or similar cybersecurity SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive customer success initiatives preferred.
