Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 3 large key accounts in the retail sector.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client questions, issues, and regular business discussions.
  • Run regular check-ins and quarterly reviews to assess client needs and performance.
  • Identify account churn risks and take action to retain clients.
  • Handle contract renewals, pricing updates, and service agreements.
  • Identify upsell and revenue growth opportunities across accounts.
  • Work with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
  • Support new client onboarding and help clients use the platform and services effectively.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to align schedules and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and share performance updates with the Commercial Director.
  • Support forecasting by tracking expected revenue and volumes.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B account management.
  • Experience in logistics, hospitality, facilities management, or another service-based business is preferred.
  • Proven ability to retain and grow client accounts.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, including working with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using data, CRM systems, and reports to manage accounts.
  • Confident, professional, and clear in communication.
  • Able to manage an independent workload and multiple clients at once.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in hospitality, short-let or serviced accommodation, facilities management, or laundry services is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and basic data reporting is desirable.
  • An existing network in hospitality, Airbnb management, or corporate services is desirable.
  • Experience in a fast-growing or scale-up business is desirable.
