Description

  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and current clients.
  • Develop tailored account strategies, including regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Monitor customer usage and address adoption challenges to support expansion.
  • Own sales targets and contribute to short-term and long-term revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to support customer experiences and solution implementation.
  • Use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, accounts, and interaction tracking.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Motivated, coachable, competitive, and resilient.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create accurate sales forecasts.
