Description

  • Own the full commercial marketing function, including brand, positioning, demand generation, PR, events, customer retention, and team leadership.
  • Develop and execute growth campaigns across content, email, events, partnerships, conferences, and other channels to generate qualified top-of-funnel demand.
  • Create and refine positioning and messaging for psychiatrists, practice managers, and healthcare operators, translating AI features into clinical value.
  • Lead go-to-market launches by producing collateral such as one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, ROI calculators, and sales-enablement materials.
  • Support the sales/GTM team with battle cards, objection-handling guides, demo scripts, and other closing assets.
  • Own content strategy, including the editorial calendar, thought leadership, product narratives, blogs, emails, and social content.
  • Manage PR and media relations, including external storytelling and founder thought-leadership visibility.
  • Own conference and event strategy, including booth planning, lead capture, salon kits, and post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee customer experience and retention, including post-acquisition engagement, onboarding beyond the first call, and community health.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze ROI by channel and campaign, and use market feedback and competitive intelligence to improve strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a track record of positioning and launching products to enterprise or clinical buyers.
  • Experience owning or significantly driving demand generation and campaign-led growth that produces pipeline.
  • Experience managing at least one direct report and operating as a people manager from day one.
  • Full-funnel marketing experience across content, email, paid, events, and PR.
  • Experience with PR and media relations beyond owned channels.
  • Experience with conference and event marketing, including booth strategy, lead capture, and field marketing; healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Experience marketing to US healthcare buyers, with a strong understanding of buyer journeys and clinical decision-making.
  • Fluency with marketing performance metrics such as CAC, conversion, funnel drop-off, and ROI by channel.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce compelling, concise, clinically relevant copy; writing sample required.
  • AI-fluent and comfortable using AI tools to increase output and quality.
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution in India or a comparable global institution.
  • Willingness to work US-overlap hours and communicate fluently with American healthcare professionals.
  • Strong written and asynchronous communication skills for briefs, positioning documents, and campaign plans.
  • Experience building a marketing function from scratch or near-scratch at an early-stage company, preferred.
  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or marketing AI/technology products to clinical audiences, preferred.
  • Familiarity with psychiatric or behavioral-health clinical context, preferred.
  • Experience with community marketing or customer-retention programs, preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing-automation platforms, preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance, including HIPAA and clinical-accuracy standards, preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, preferred.
  • Basic design skills in Canva or Figma, nice to have.
  • SEO and content-marketing experience, nice to have.
  • Video content and webinar experience, nice to have.
  • Prior startup experience at Series A or earlier, nice to have.
