Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for the Banking & Financial Services vertical across Spanish-speaking LATAM, from prospecting and lead generation through deal closing and merchant onboarding.
  • Identify and target banks, fintechs, acquirers, and financial institutions that can benefit from Yuno's payment infrastructure.
  • Develop relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision makers at major financial institutions across the region.
  • Design tailored engagement and go-to-market strategies for high-value prospects in the financial sector.
  • Lead complex enterprise negotiations to secure long-term, mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic industry partners within the financial ecosystem.
  • Stay current on payments market trends, regulatory dynamics, and client needs across the Banking & Financial Services space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Customer Experience to support the vertical.
  • Gather client and market feedback and bring it into product and service development discussions.
  • Track sales targets, report progress, and provide insights to leadership.
  • Represent Yuno at industry events, forums, and regulatory discussions as a credible voice in payments and financial infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish and advanced English are required.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles within B2B payments, banking, fintech, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrable sales track record, especially in enterprise and cross-cultural contexts.
  • Strong knowledge of the Latin American market and banking/acquiring payment ecosystems, including technical dynamics.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and the MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience working in or selling to banking, fintech, or financial services organizations is preferred.
