Description

  • Engage potential wealth management clients over Zoom, by phone, and in person to understand their needs and introduce Mercer Advisors' services.
  • Use financial expertise and internal resources to develop tailored value propositions for each prospective client.
  • Own the sales pipeline from initial contact through conversion and nurturing to deliver a strong client experience.
  • Act as a self-motivated leader within a fast-growing, high-visibility part of the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to support wealth management sales momentum.
  • Work across the organization to support client goals and present customized solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
  • Series 65 or Series 66 license required, unless exempt through an approved designation in the applicable state(s).
  • CFP®, ChFC, PFS, CFA, or CIC designation may qualify for Series 65 exemption; CFP® designation is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred, and managing sales pipelines.
  • Experience building relationships with and understanding the needs of potential clients.
  • Self-motivated, highly coachable, growth-oriented mindset with strong drive.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and investment management.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.

  • Base salary range of $119,000 to $140,000 USD.
