Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales accounts across South Korea and the APAC region, from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with game developers, publishers, and advertising agencies as the primary point of contact for Xsolla's ad monetization solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing networks, industry events, and targeted outreach to key accounts.
  • Develop tailored account plans and pitch materials that align client goals with Xsolla's offerwall, rewarded ads, and performance monetization products.
  • Collaborate with global product, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and meet performance targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide regular reporting and insights to clients, and recommend optimizations to improve results and retention.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Represent Xsolla at gaming and ad tech conferences and trade events across South Korea and APAC.
  • Provide market intelligence on advertiser trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in Korean and APAC gaming markets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, ad tech, gaming monetization, or a closely related field in the Korean or APAC market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising models including CPI, CPA, and CPM.
  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming ecosystem and the Korean games market, including companies such as Krafton, Nexon, NCsoft, Netmarble, and Kakao Games.
  • Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English for client-facing communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and standard sales tools.
  • Deep understanding of Korean business culture, relationship-building norms, and enterprise sales dynamics.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Seoul, South Korea, and eligible to work in South Korea without visa sponsorship.
  • Experience with offerwall, rewarded video, or user acquisition advertising products is preferred.
  • An established network within the South Korean games industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile game monetization metrics such as ARPU, LTV, ROAS, and D7/D30 retention, as well as Korean platform ecosystems like Kakao, Naver, and ONE Store, is preferred.
