Description

  • Build and maintain the core prospect and contact database to support scalable outbound and inbound sales efforts.
  • Identify and pull large prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles defined by Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Enrich large volumes of records using internal and external data tools with firmographic, technographic, lead scoring, and contact information.
  • Cleanse and segment datasets to remove duplicates and inaccuracies and organize lists by industry, spend potential, and engagement level.
  • Develop rules and workflows for re-scoring, resetting, and redistributing prospects so leads reach the right sales teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure generated leads are properly routed and enriched for Sales.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to pre-load territories with high-intent data so account executives can focus on selling.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve automation where relevant.
  • Monitor list convertibility and adjust sourcing parameters based on feedback from the sales floor.
  • Serve as a Salesforce power user, maintaining the health of lead and account objects and supporting CRM governance.
  • Assist in building automated workflows that move data from research tools into the CRM.
  • Track and report on list performance, penetration rates, and outbound database health.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Lead Generation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or digital advertising environment.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Index Match, and data cleaning.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Familiarity with enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Demandbase.
  • Proven ability to serve as a liaison between Sales Leadership and Marketing Operations while managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to translate growth strategies into executable data workstreams.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
  • Preferred experience with major enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Preferred ability to improve automation alongside Product and Data teams.
