Description

  • Craft and deliver a scalable approach to pipeline generation through tailored sales programs and plays.
  • Set standard methodology for pipeline generation and build accountability for consistent process adoption.
  • Align GTM teams including Sales Development, Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Sales, and Marketing.
  • Partner with Data Science, Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to define audience, messaging, and strategy for sales plays.
  • Collaborate with AMER and APAC counterparts to develop and streamline global sales programs and plays.
  • Work with EMEA sales leaders to understand needs, trends, and opportunities for sales programs.
  • Prioritize sales program and play selection based on market fit and seller feedback.
  • Analyze pipeline performance to identify priority areas for action.
  • Develop tactics to improve pipeline quality and velocity to close.
  • Run retrospectives and embed execution and performance tracking into regular business cadence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, sales programs, sales consulting, or sales enablement.
  • Experience working with GTM and sales leadership.
  • Comfort navigating high-level executive conversations.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
  • High proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver coordinated sales play components.
  • Strong ability to solve problems with limited resources and in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • An enthusiastic, hands-on, bias-to-action mindset.
  • Preferred: previous experience as a seller.
  • Preferred: experience beyond sales strategy and sales operations, including direct sales experience.
