Description

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Wowza and partner teams.
  • Lead outbound sales activities to identify and target new partners across the EMEA region.
  • Source, qualify, and close new partnerships to build a strong partner pipeline.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new partners.
  • Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads for high-potential partner opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, GTM, and marketing teams to support opportunity closure and regional partner marketing.
  • Organize reseller roadshows and present Wowza’s solution to prospects.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and provide early forecast updates.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot account records for managed partners.
  • Negotiate standard contract elements and escalate contract-related issues.
  • Manage channel conflicts and execute partner plans for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful partner sales experience.
  • Experience with partner development for software or technology sales.
  • Understanding of selling habits unique to specific regions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of a business, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize work across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Solid presentation skills and a collaborative communication style.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, both internally and externally.
  • University degree.
  • Experience participating in channel strategy discussions and identifying resolutions to blockers or risks.
  • Permanent residence in EMEA is required.
  • Travel is required.
  • Quota-carrying role with flexible work hours dependent on partner time zones.
