Description

  • Analyze core revenue metrics (pipeline health, bookings, retention/churn, product usage, and ARR trends) to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Perform detailed cohort, segmentation, and funnel analyses to surface trends and inform strategy.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of executive-level dashboards and reports (CRM and BI tools) and produce weekly business reviews and monthly KPI reports for C-level and Board reporting.
  • Support the bookings forecast process and ensure sales data integrity within the CRM.
  • Maintain and refine predictive models for capacity planning, rep productivity, territory performance, and quota-setting exercises.
  • Partner with Sales Management, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, and Product Ops to unify data sources, ensure consistent data definitions, and support end-to-end funnel attribution.
  • Provide data-driven insights for annual and quarterly GTM planning, including quota-setting, territory modeling, and headcount planning.
  • Measure the impact of new processes and enablement programs, track KPI performance, and recommend operational changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Respond rapidly to high-urgency executive requests with clean, accurate deep dives on win rates, product sales performance, ASP, churn drivers, and related strategic topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (index/match, nested logic, pivot tables, scenario modeling).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and familiarity with SQL and/or Python.
  • Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, pipeline conversion rates).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and present findings to senior leadership.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Preferred: prior experience supporting complex, multi-product sales organizations and familiarity with RevTech tools like Pendo and Gainsight, and enterprise/subscription business models.
