Description

  • Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align customer goals with product capabilities and support long-term success.
  • Educate and consult customers on how the company’s solutions affect business performance, efficiency, and growth.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and tailored solution recommendations to guide prospects through the sales cycle and close new business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue targets through pipeline management and value-based selling.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, personalized email outreach, lead sourcing, and networking.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and deal tracking in Salesforce CRM.
  • Learn and navigate the field service software solution to effectively support customer conversations and demos.
  • Work in an inside sales environment handling prospects and issues simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success as a sales representative.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage multiple prospective clients and issues at once.
  • Experience driving and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling within the field service or T&L industries is a plus.
  • Strong consultative and presentation skills.
  • Ability to provide online demonstrations of software solutions.
