Description

  • Serve as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of industrial clients and build trusted partnerships.
  • Collect, document, and communicate client goals and deliverable feedback for cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with coordinators, design, development, and SEM teams to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Lead biweekly or monthly client calls to review KPIs, deliverables, and program progress.
  • Advise clients on digital marketing best practices and guide program strategy.
  • Respond to client questions or concerns with strategic and tactical solutions.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends, uncover insights, and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support a holistic client service approach and revenue growth.
  • Develop, present, and implement growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, and revenue.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with agency experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of client-facing experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO/AEO, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio Reports, and WordPress and/or HubSpot.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • B2B and/or industrial/manufacturing industry knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, AHRefs, Google Ads, Optmyzer, or Google Search Console is preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn analytics, A/B testing software, chatbot plugins, or marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Pardot is preferred.
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, or project management certifications are preferred.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
