Description

  • Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations to support the sales process
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer information accurately
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups
  • Respond to basic client inquiries and escalate complex issues to the sales team
  • Track sales metrics, generate reports, and support forecasting activities
  • Organize digital files, contracts, and documentation for easy access and compliance
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on sales initiatives
  • Support lead qualification and outreach efforts when needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks that contribute to overall sales productivity

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or related positions
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and office software
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Customer service mindset with a professional and positive demeanor
  • Experience supporting remote or international sales teams (preferred)
  • Reliable, stable internet connection and ability to work full-time aligned with the client’s preferred time zone
  • Commitment to confidentiality, data privacy, and timely communication with sales team and clients
