Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation and DTC growth campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and website structure to improve conversion rates and acquisition efficiency.
  • Use marketing automation and CRM platforms to manage lead capture, nurturing, and follow-up processes.
  • Own performance across digital channels including SEO, PPC, paid social, and email to grow visibility, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Create targeted paid and organic campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure effective lead handoff and alignment with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data and report on key metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and channel performance.
  • Oversee content development and SEO strategy for blogs, case studies, webinars, white papers, and other lead-generation assets.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and forecast spend to prioritize high-performing channels.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and external partners as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, with both preferred, and a focus on lead generation.
  • Proven success managing online lead generation campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and direct reports.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and metrics and refine strategy accordingly.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, SEO platforms, and analytics software, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Creative thinking for designing compelling campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills for handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, content creators, product marketing leaders, and external partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating persuasive messages.
  • Work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States.
