Description

  • Support the development and execution of pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies for assigned offers.
  • Build and refine offer frameworks, including bundle ladders, upsell flows, discount structures, and promotional mechanics.
  • Execute and QA promotional setups such as BOGOs, limited-time discounts, free gifts, and urgency-based offers.
  • Apply psychological pricing and perceived value tactics to improve conversion and average order value.
  • Define how pricing and promotions appear across landing pages and funnels in coordination with Creative Strategy.
  • Set up, instrument, analyze, and document pricing and promotion experiments in Statsig.
  • Develop hypotheses and define primary and guardrail metrics for assigned tests.
  • Interpret experiment results across AOV, AOM, RPS, EPC, refund rate, and network margin.
  • Partner with Data, Campaign Ops, Traffic, and Media Buying to validate tests, ensure clean reporting, and support scaling winning strategies.
  • Maintain organized experiment logs and readouts to build institutional knowledge and inform future decisions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, direct-response, growth marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce or DTC offers, including exposure to pricing, promotional, or conversion optimization work.
  • Familiarity with experimentation concepts such as A/B testing, hypothesis development, and metric interpretation.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to support decisions and document results.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping balls.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Statsig or a similar structured experimentation platform preferred.
  • Background in affiliate or partner marketing preferred.
  • Experience in a startup, small-to-medium company, or other fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated results improving AOV, AOM, or RPS preferred.
