Description

  • Own the technical customer support experience for the Wiz product.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues using debugging, networking, and system administration methods.
  • Update and maintain support documentation.
  • Identify cases that need technical or strategic escalation.
  • Create, maintain, and coordinate incident management requests with product or engineering teams.
  • Design and implement automation-driven solutions that scale the support offering.
  • Use coding and scripting when needed to build customer solutions and improve support efficiency.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, holiday, and weekend coverage.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working 9-6 PST.
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or a related customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters and custom applications.
  • Experience reading or debugging code in Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, or JSON.
  • Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating system environments.
  • Experience with DevOps technologies (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of basic web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, and DNS (nice to have).
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, VLANs, peering, and load balancing (nice to have).
  • Understanding of relational databases (nice to have).
  • Must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person and reside in the contiguous United States.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
