Description

  • Provide expert implementation support for clients using the platform across websites and site builders such as Wix and WordPress.
  • Diagnose, reproduce, and escalate bugs by investigating root causes and preparing structured reports for the development team.
  • Deliver responsive, empathetic, and technically precise support to user requests.
  • Participate in product meetings and share customer feedback to help shape features and product improvements.
  • Maintain and contribute to public help docs, FAQs, and internal knowledge base content.
  • Serve as a product resource for internal teams seeking answers to product-related questions.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
  • 2 years of experience in technical support, product support, or a client-facing implementation role.
  • Understanding of how the web works, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on web development experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curiosity-driven mindset.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage tasks effectively, and work with attention to detail.
  • High ownership, reliability, and accountability are required.
  • Fluent in Russian is required.
  • Location: Serbia.
  • Ability to select one of the preferred EST shifts: 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm.
