Description

  • Perform troubleshooting and technical analysis, including log file investigation.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for fellow IT professionals.
  • Own customer issues from case opening through resolution.
  • Investigate issues across Veeam and third-party components, including Microsoft and VMware environments.
  • Determine whether issues are known defects, misconfigurations, or break-fix problems.
  • Educate customers on issue resolution and how relevant processes and interactions work.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and within SLA in the CRM tool.

Requirements

  • Fluent French and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Advanced user or administrative-level experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025.
  • Advanced user or administrative-level experience with Windows 10 and 11.
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, firewall configuration, and networking troubleshooting.
  • Experience with NAT, ports, DHCP, and DNS troubleshooting.
  • UNIX and/or Linux knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with VMware ESX(i) or Microsoft Hyper-V is a plus.
  • Microsoft Exchange Server administration or database engine experience with SQL/Oracle is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical information.
  • Ability to take ownership of client issues through resolution, with strong time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
