Description

  • Provide outstanding technical support for customers using the Wiz product.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues through debugging, networking, and system administration.
  • Collaborate transparently with internal teams to solve customer problems.
  • Identify issues that should be escalated technically or strategically.
  • Create, maintain, and coordinate incident management requests with product or engineering teams.
  • Design and implement automations that scale the support offering.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation covering after-hours, holiday, and weekend support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese is required.
  • Business-level English is required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, or a related customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience reading or debugging code in Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, or JSON.
  • Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, system virtualization, on-prem and/or hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity and security systems, cloud monitoring and logging, and local and cloud storage.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks or tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Fast learner with natural curiosity and an interest in technology.
  • Experience with DevOps technologies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL (preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, and DNS (preferred).
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, VLANs, peering, and load balancing (preferred).
  • Understanding of relational databases (preferred).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
