Description

  • Develop joint partnership strategies and go-to-market plans with assigned partners.
  • Build partner business practices across practice development, co-selling, and sourcing Wiz business.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned partners across go-to-market fit, business planning, executive alignment, technical alignment, and marketing alignment.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and update joint partner plans each quarter.
  • Support partner programs and initiatives while handling day-to-day partner needs such as deal registration reviews, MDF requests, incentive assignments, and resource coordination.
  • Monitor partner compliance with Wiz partner programs and partner agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal Wiz teams, including Partner Program, Partner Marketing, and Field Sales, to execute joint plans.
  • Facilitate account and opportunity mapping between Wiz field sales and partners to accelerate revenue growth and adoption.
  • Represent Wiz at partner events and foster regular communication between partners and Wiz stakeholders.
  • Track partner pipeline, dashboards, forecasts, KPIs, and contributions to Wiz revenue.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of U.S. Public Sector Channels experience.
  • Experience managing and growing public sector partner relationships.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (forecasting and account management).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with partners.
  • Ability to understand partner needs and align them with company objectives.
  • Experience navigating business plans and executing against them.
  • Experience with account mapping that leads to successful end-user meetings.
  • Deep understanding of the full partner ecosystem.
  • SaaS startup experience is preferred.
  • Must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person and reside in the contiguous United States.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
