Description

  • Lead and manage the Partner Development team to exceed quarterly MBOs and monthly milestones.
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue, revenue retention, and improved selling rates.
  • Coach team members through continuous feedback and development to strengthen partner development skills.
  • Recruit, select, and train new Partner Development Managers to maintain headcount and strengthen the team.
  • Guide strategic partner growth conversations and planning with a focus on partner-led demand generation.
  • Build executive relationships with partners and handle partner escalations.
  • Collaborate with direct sales managers, directors, and executives on growth initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Use data to identify trends, spot performance gaps, and inform team strategy.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, continuous learning, and strong team performance.
  • Lead the team through periods of change while maintaining accountability for results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a partner leadership role building and expanding a partner ecosystem.
  • 2+ years of previous management experience.
  • Experience working in the technology sector is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing, or being managed within, a structured sales environment.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Superior coaching skills with the ability to observe, evaluate, and improve team performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and adaptability in communication.
  • Recent growth in people management or leadership within the last year is preferred.
  • A resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to overachieving targets.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Bangalore office area on a regular basis.
