Description

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value and VIP clients and translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies.
  • Co-own strategy, planning, and performance discussions for key accounts with the Account Director.
  • Track account performance against benchmarks, adjust strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a senior advisor and coach to junior and mid-level Account Managers.
  • Assist with training new Account Managers and helping them ramp up quickly.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews when needed.
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, email, content, and landing pages.
  • Use AI tools daily to create campaign assets, ad copy, creative concepts, and strategic briefs.
  • Provide proactive strategic recommendations and handle difficult client conversations and complex challenges.
  • Support other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy, with a strong preference for agency or SaaS backgrounds.
  • Proven success managing and growing high-value or VIP client portfolios.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience with the ability to guide and develop team members.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for complex client challenges.
  • Ability to independently build and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Extensive professional experience using AI tools and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, email marketing, and automation platforms.
  • Superior written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Background in roles measured by client retention, revenue growth, and strategic account development.
  • Own a workstation, computer, and headset and have fast, reliable internet access.
  • Be prepared to work standard business hours in either the Eastern Time Zone or Pacific Time Zone.
  • Provide an updated resume in English in PDF or Word format and include the position title in the cover letter subject line.
  • Be able to pass background checks, including employment references, criminal record, and credit checks.
  • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address during onboarding.
