Description

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Translate client goals into actionable briefs for fulfillment teams.
  • Collaborate with SDR, lead generation, and copywriting teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and present clear client-facing reports with insights.
  • Proactively identify campaign risks, recommend improvements, and uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic, consistent communication.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management and digital marketing.
  • Email marketing experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to turn complex data into actionable client insights.
  • Tech-savvy and a fast learner.
  • Remote work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Seamless is a plus.
  • CRM or marketing automation experience is a plus.
  • B2B cold outreach email experience is a plus.
  • Background in a SaaS or agency environment is a plus.
  • Must provide own workstation, computer, headset, and fast reliable internet connection.
  • Must be prepared to work standard business hours on EST or PST.
  • Updated resume in English in PDF or Word format is required for application.
