Description

  • Maintain timely and accurate CRM records and ensure clean donor data management.
  • Collect, organize, and track donation data from the past year.
  • Assist with issuing year-end donor receipts.
  • Support the transition from Neon CRM to CiviCRM and learn the new system alongside leadership.
  • Work closely with leadership to reduce administrative burden and improve internal systems.
  • Update and maintain the organization’s WordPress website.
  • Support the phone and communication system through Google Voice.
  • Create and edit designs in Canva for outreach and communications.
  • Assist with social media management and broader digital communications.
  • Support sponsor and partner outreach efforts and help improve communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent English comprehension, speaking, and writing skills are required.
  • Relevant work experience in administrative, CRM, digital, or support roles is required.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently without constant micromanagement.
  • Proactive personality with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Open to learning, growth, and training, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Availability for video meetings with camera on when required.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer, high-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps, noise-canceling headset, webcam, and a quiet professional workspace.
