Description

  • Provide remote administrative support for client day-to-day operations.
  • Manage workflows and help keep business processes running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in administrative support, virtual assistant, or related client-facing support roles such as customer service, sales support, or operations support.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience improving processes, streamlining workflows, or supporting business efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Preferred experience with project and task management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
  • Preferred familiarity with transaction management tools such as Dotloop, Skyslope, or TransactionDesk.
  • Preferred experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or workflow automation tools to improve productivity.
  • Preferred familiarity with creative tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and able to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes.
  • Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
