Description

  • Manage the full production process for email campaigns and automated flows.
  • Build emails in Klaviyo or similar email service platforms.
  • Write on-brand copy and create clear creative briefs for the design team.
  • QA email and SMS content, logic, and builds before deployment.
  • Schedule campaigns and automated sends and keep the monthly content calendar updated.
  • Drive timelines and coordinate approvals across client, design, and strategy teams.
  • Support retention strategy by pulling performance data, analyzing results, and developing recommendations.
  • Build automated workflows, segmentation, and list logic.
  • Maintain list hygiene and work with Shopify apps such as Yotpo, LoyaltyLion, JustUno, and Privy.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in retention marketing across email, SMS, CRM, or loyalty programs.
  • Hands-on experience with an email service platform, with strong preference for Klaviyo.
  • Strong copywriting skills for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to match different client brands.
  • Solid understanding of email analytics and translating data insights into actionable strategy.
  • Clear understanding of the difference between marketing campaigns and automated flows.
  • Proficiency in building segmented customer lists using behavioral and transactional data.
  • Experience working within Shopify or supporting Shopify-based clients.
  • Proactive, organized approach with the ability to think through the full customer journey.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
