Description

  • Implement and optimize CRM strategies for marketing and sales teams.
  • Design and manage pipelines, lead routing, intake flows, and appointment booking processes.
  • Build and maintain automations for email, SMS, and workflow operations.
  • Troubleshoot integrations, data flows, and CRM system issues.
  • Optimize reporting, attribution tracking, and overall CRM performance.
  • Create and improve SOPs and internal documentation.
  • Communicate directly with clients in a consultative, solutions-oriented manner.
  • Support smooth lead flow and accurate pipeline management across CRM operations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HighLevel CRM or a similar platform.
  • Solid knowledge of automation, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Autonomous, analytical, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 / 90%) for client-facing communication.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
  • Experience supporting marketing and sales operations is preferred.
  • Remote work capability from Guatemala City or another eligible location.
  • Senior-level experience is preferred.

Benefits

  • $2,500–$2,750 monthly salary.
  • 100% remote work arrangement.
  • Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday.
